Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Dahlia brings a uniquely interdisciplinary foundation to her work, shaped by advanced training in the sciences, medicine, and law. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, followed by a master’s degree from Florida State University and a Doctor of Philosophy from Mercer University School of Medicine. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law.

During law school, Dahlia served as a Staff Editor for the FSU Business Review, interned with civil litigation firms, and worked as a Student Attorney in the Claude Pepper Elder Law Clinic. She also competed on the Constance Baker Motley Mock Trial Team and studied international and comparative law at St. Edmund Hall, University of Oxford, as an FSU Law study abroad scholar.

Outside of her legal practice, Dahlia is an avid music enthusiast and enjoys collecting vinyl records. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, and baking, and can often be found exploring new music and visiting cafés, bookstores, and museums in her free time.
