Lindsey Fabel

Lindsey Fabel is an associate attorney with the firm, focusing on probate and estate planning alongside Catherine Mackey. Originally from Long Island, New York, Lindsey earned her bachelor’s degree in linguistics from Boston College. During her undergraduate studies, she was an active member of the Appalachia Volunteers Program, traveling to underserved communities to volunteer in soup kitchens and assist with home-building projects.

Lindsey went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as an Articles and Comments Editor for the Inter-American Law Review. While in law school, she gained valuable experience through internships with the State Attorney’s Office and a large civil litigation firm. She also served as a Clinical Fellow in the school’s Investor Rights Clinic, continuing her commitment to advocating for and supporting those in need. 

Outside of her legal practice, Lindsey enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling. She and her husband, Josh, share a passion for skiing and exploring new restaurants. Together, they remain dedicated to volunteer work and charitable giving within their community.
