Peter has been an attorney for over 35 years. He is an assertive litigator and has experience in mechanic’s lien representations, contract disputes, commercial foreclosures, judicial business dissolutions, probate litigation and all aspects of general commercial litigation.
Catherine Z. Mackey
Catherine (Cathie) is a fourth generation Bradenton native. She was a “Hall of Fame” graduate from Manatee High School in 1979 and graduated with a major in Communications and minor in the Humanities from Florida State University in 1983.

Matt Mackey is an attorney with the firm and a recent graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. He is a triplet and a fifth-generation Bradenton native who has been surrounded by the legal profession since his parents founded the firm in 1991.
Lindsey Fabel
Lindsey Fabel is an associate attorney with the firm, focusing on probate and estate planning alongside Catherine Mackey. Originally from Long Island, New York, Lindsey earned her bachelor’s degree in linguistics from Boston College.
Jorge is an accomplished trial attorney with almost ten years of experience. His primary focus of law is civil litigation and family law. He has successfully attained many judgments and appellate rulings.
Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Dahlia brings a uniquely interdisciplinary foundation to her work, shaped by advanced training in the sciences, medicine, and law. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, followed by a master’s degree from Florida State University and a Doctor of Philosophy from Mercer University School of Medicine.
Molly Puig
Molly Puig is a new and welcome addition to Mackey Law Group. She is a Florida native and lives locally. Her Dad is a lawyer as well. We are excited to have Molly join us due to her exhibited assertiveness and aggressively inquisitive approach to the law and problem solving.
