Peter J. Mackey
Peter has been an attorney since 1985. He is a litigator originally from New York. Peter has extensive trial experience in mechanic’s lien representations, contract disputes, commercial foreclosures, judicial business dissolutions, probate litigation and all aspects of general commercial litigation. Many of Peter’s peers describe him as assertive (and mean).
Catherine Z. Mackey
Catherine (Cathie) is a fourth generation Bradenton native. She is a “Hall of Fame” graduate from Manatee High School in 1979, Florida State University in 1983, the University of Miami Law School in 1986.
Matthew P. Mackey
Matt Mackey is a Manatee High graduate, a Eastern Illinois University graduate, and he got his law degree from the University of Miami. He is a triplet, a fifth-generation Bradenton native , and a former D-1 athlete who has been surrounded by the legal profession since his parents founded the firm in 1991.

Lindsey Fabel focuses on probate and estate planning. Originally from Long Island, New York, Lindsey earned her bachelor’s degree in linguistics from Boston College. Lindsey got her law degree from the University of Miami. She has the Northeast inquisitive mind and assertiveness to go with it.
Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Dahlia brings a uniquely interdisciplinary foundation to her work. Dahlia earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, followed by a master’s degree from Florida State University, a Doctor of Philosophy from Mercer University School of Medicine, and a law degree from Florida State College of Law.
Molly Puig is a Florida native and lives locally. Her Dad is a lawyer as well. We are excited to have Molly join us due to her already exhibited assertiveness and mentally aggressive approach to the law and problem solving. Molly has already won many cases.
