Jorge Martinez

Jorge is one of our younger litigators. He has already gotten into the courtroom and is off and running. In-line with the firm’s litigators, Jorge has attained judgments and is already defending an appeal as to one of those judgments he procured for our client.

Jorge attended Brevard Community College, now known as Eastern Florida State College. He then got his undergraduate degree from Edison State College, now known as Florida Gulf Coast University. Jorge received his Juris Doctor in May of 2016 from Barry School of Law in Orlando where he was an associate editor and published student author with the Environmental and Earth Law Journal.

During law school, Jorge also worked at Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida primarily aiding the community in housing discrimination cases. In his desire to help others, he co-founded Rotaract, a service organization, at the school in which he served as Vice President. He was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Florida in 2017.

Jorge is an avid traveler and has visited numerous countries. He has also lived in many states; but, now calls Bradenton his home. He is married to Briahna whom he met in law school. Briahna is an attorney in the Manatee County Guardian Ad Litem office. Jorge’s interests include hiking and cooking. Jorge represents clients in the civil litigation arena.
