Partner Kyle Stalnaker graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2006 and received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in December of 2010. Since joining the firm in 2012, Kyle has evidenced that he is not an office lawyer, he aggressively handles his cases in court from beginning to end.
Kyle Stalnaker is one of the premier litigators in this area of Florida. Kyle’s main areas of focus are family law, personal injury, and civil litigation.
During the past few years Kyle has amassed an enviable winning record in family law cases; outsmarting and outmaneuvering the competition, while attaining great results for our clients. Take a look at Kyle’s many reviews. In a recent family law case Kyle literally changed Florida law as to alimony reduction for our retired fire fighter and marine combat-medic client. Kyle appealed the trial judge’s incorrect ruling, reversing it on appeal to the benefit of the retired fire fighter.
Kyle has also attained significant personal injury and wrongful death recoveries for our clients, all without being an obnoxious “billboard attorney”. In 2019 alone Kyle recovered a total of $974,494.00 for his personal injury clients. Kyle is knowledgeable, aggressive, and lives to win.
While attending UC Berkeley, Kyle was the captain midfielder of Berkeley’s lacrosse team. During law school, Kyle interned in Tampa with the University Community Hospital’s in-house counsel (now Florida Hospital, Tampa Bay Division) and in St. Petersburg with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines Office of Regional Counsel.
Kyle resides in Lakewood Ranch with his wife Rudina and daughter Savannah. He continues to be actively involved in lacrosse, as a player with Sarasota’s Performance Lacrosse league and as the director of legal affairs for SRQ Lax, Inc., a non-profit organization created to turn Bradenton and Sarasota high school lacrosse club teams into FHSAA varsity teams. Professionally, Kyle has also been a member of Bradenton’s Manatee American Inns of Court since its inception in 2014.
