Mackey Law Group, P.A. concentrates in predominantly three areas of the law: business litigation, family law, and real estate/transactional matters. The firm was established in 1990 and has grown at a controlled pace over the last eighteen years. We currently have five attorneys plus professional support staff, and we not concerned with being of a certain law firm size; bigger is not necessarily better. The firm's driving concept is simple and straight forward: we provide our clients with excellent and timely legal representation in the business litigation and family law related fields and with guidance and expertise in all aspects of the firm's real estate and transactional practice.

While this does not mean that a settlement which is advantageous to our clients is passed by, our "proceed to trial" mindset recognizes that Mackey Law Group, P.A.'s clients come to us for mainly one reason: to assist them to the very best of our ability in solving their disputes and, if litigation is the resulting alternative, to win. Our real estate department is on the cutting edge of the real estate and transactional issues existing in Manatee and Sarasota Counties. The firm's real estate practice ranges from providing representation to individuals in the purchase and sale of their residences to the representation of developers and financial institutions in the some of the larger transactions that occur in this geographic area of Florida. Our attorneys are also agents for title companies and frequently assist out of state counsel and clients.
