Drew was born in Connecticut but moved to Bradenton, Florida at a young age where he quickly adapted to the Florida lifestyle. Being raised in Cortez he became an avid boater, fisherman, and crabber. He attended college at the University of Miami, graduating with a Bachelor degree in Business Management while also becoming a Peer Mentor and volunteering his services to numerous non-profit organizations. Drew interned as in-house counsel for Second Harvest, a non-profit food bank, and also played competitive softball, being known as “thunderstick”, all while maintaining his focus on graduating with outstanding grades in legal studies. He received his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2014 where he was a member of the Moot Court Team and was selected to litigate at the National Chicago Bar Association Competition.
He recently came back to the Bradenton in 2014 where he joined Mackey Law Group and is on his way to being a top litigator. Drew is competitive and enjoys a challenge, which is why he focuses his practice mainly on complex business litigation matters, as well as family law. Drew has a very competitive demeanor and focuses on winning his cases. Despite being a relatively new attorney, Drew has significant court room experience and we look forward to him being one of the firm’s successful litigator’s.
