Kyle graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2006 and received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in December of 2010. A partner of the firm, Kyle has been practicing law and litigating since 2012.
While attending UC Berkeley, Kyle was the captain midfielder on the University’s lacrosse team. During law school, Kyle interned in Tampa with the University Community Hospital’s in-house counsel (now Florida Hospital, Tampa Bay Division) and in St. Petersburg with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines Office of Regional Counsel.
Kyle Stalnaker is one of the premier litigators in this area of Florida. Kyle’s main areas of focus are family law, personal injury, and civil litigation. Kyle is no office lawyer; he aggressively handles his cases in court from beginning to end.
During the past few years Kyle has amassed an enviable winning record in family law cases; destroying his competition and attaining great results for our clients. Take a look at Kyle’s many reviews and recent blog where he speaks about one of his family law cases which literally changed Florida law as to alimony reduction for our retired fire fighter and marine combat-medic client. Kyle appealed the judge’s ruling and got it reversed on appeal.
Kyle has also attained significant personal injury and wrongful death recoveries for our clients, all without being an obnoxious “billboard attorney”. His recent recovery was $850,000 for a client in an auto accident. Kyle is knowledgeable, aggressive, and lives to win.
Kyle resides in Lakewood Ranch with his wife Rudina, and continues to be actively involved in lacrosse, as a player with Sarasota’s Performance Lacrosse league and as the director of legal affairs for SRQ Lax, Inc., a non-profit organization created to turn Bradenton and Sarasota high school lacrosse club teams into FHSAA varsity teams. Kyle enjoys surfing, snowboarding, weightlifting, and traveling. Professionally, Kyle has also been a member of Bradenton’s Manatee American Inns of Court since its inception in 2014.
